PRO DRIVING INSTRUCTION
Our professional driving instructors have years of racing experience and are with you every step of the way, offering feedback and encouragement via radio. They’ll always perform the initial exercises with you, demonstrating everything from proper seating positions to the best way through a corner.

We practice challenge by choice, so you’re always at a level of performance that you feel comfortable with. Our instructors provide instant and positive reinforcement while encouraging each driver to have a little fun. Okay, maybe more than a little.
A LITTLE PHYSICS, A LOT OF FUN
Your day begins in the classroom, where our instructors will go over the basics of your experience. Everything from proper seating position to how far ahead you need to look will be covered.
SKILLS AS ONLY WE CAN TEACH THEM
Our closed course is the perfect place to understand what happens when you lose you control of a car, and how far down the road you need to look. These are skills that you’ll be able to call upon for the rest of your driving life.
TIME TO TURN AND LEARN
All our driving experiences are designed for maximum driving enjoyment, but we’ll also teach some important lessons. Leave here with a huge grin and some improved car control techniques.
CONE THRONE
Our fun obstacle courses include cones and slick surfaces, giving students a first-hand look at what happens when a car suddenly stops doing what they think it will do.

A Buffet of Excitement
BMW Track Meet
The BMW Track Meet is an enjoyable driving and dining event that elevates business networking, client entertaining and gift giving to a whole new level. It makes a great addition to your golf trip, bachelor or bachelorette parties and family reunions.
This half-day session includes a delicious chef-prepared lunch and three exhilarating driving sessions with our Performance Drive, Rat Race and Timed Autocross on our handling course. End the event with a hot lap – where an instructor will take you for a ride you’ll never forget. BMW models driven are subject to availability. Two people per car, based on class size.

Upcoming BMW Track Meet Events
BMW Performance Driving Experience
In this hour-and-a-half program, you’ll drive various BMWs on our Handling Course and Off-Road Course for two driving sessions. Head to the track and rotate between numerous cars, driving each through tight corners and fast straightaways. It’s a ride you won’t soon forget.
Then, take the wheel of an X vehicle as you follow an instructor through our challenging Off-Road Course, with steep hill climbs, treacherous ruts, deep water and loose terrain. Exercises and vehicles are subject to change.

New Owner's Track Drive
Congratulations! You’ve just bought a brand-new BMW. No doubt you understand what makes each model best-in-class, but what about best-on-track?
Each new BMW that’s purchased comes with the opportunity to book two seats behind the wheel of a variety of BMWs similar to the one you’ve purchased. You’ll get to experience driving at the limit on our closed course, and leave with a new appreciation for what your own BMW can do.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Once you have completed your purchase of your new BMW, you’ll receive an invitation via email from the BMW Performance Driving School to participate in the New Owner’s Track Drive.
Owners have one year from their purchase date to redeem. CPO and used vehicle purchases are excluded. Travel and accommodations are not included. Additional guest seats are $350 each.
Please have your VIN, date of sale and location of your BMW Center ready when you call.
Private Instruction
Every instructor at the BMW Performance Driving School has years of professional racing experience under their belts. Spend some time with them at the track for one-on-one instruction, and their sole focus becomes making you a better driver. Available upon request, private instruction can make for both a memorable experience and training to propel you to the next level of driving competition.
Sessions scheduled any day between 8 am and 4 pm may be scheduled up to 14 days in advance based on availability. Sessions scheduled during daylight savings time hours between 4 pm and 8 pm may be scheduled up to 3 months in advance.
$1,300 for the first two hours, then $500 for each additional hour.

Are BMW Driving Experiences offered at every location?
There are half-day events in Thermal, California, Indianapolis, Indiana and Greer, South Carolina.
Can I drive on track during a BMW Driving Experience?
Yes. Each event takes place on our closed tracks, just like our full-day events.
Can I book a large group for a BMW Driving Experience?
Yes. Please visit our Group Driving Events page for more information. We can host groups of various sizes to fit your needs, and all events are held on the BMW Handling Course unless otherwise noted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations for a full refund must be made within 60 days of your payment date. Cancellations made after the 60 days of payment will receive a credit to use toward another date or event. There will be no rescheduling if the cancellation is made within 14 days of your school or event.
How old do I have to be to participate in a BMW Driving Experience?
For all classes, you must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license, to participate.
What's the difference between a Group Event and a BMW Driving Experience?
Group Events are private, include conference room space with AV equipment for the day, your own gourmet lunch buffet and events catered to your specific needs.
